There are three ways you can take advantage of the reverse mortgage program: For FHA- approved Broker partners only. Broker must be HECM trained.Dover Mortgage can offer our partners 2 levels of service based on the partners reverse mortgage origination ability. Level 1 is for the newcomer to the reverse business. Dover will pull the application/quote packages and help the broker process the actual file. This level does not offer any SRP and Dover will charge a Funding fee at closing. Level 2 the broker has access to the processing software, pulls its own application documents and fully process the file submitting to Dover only a full file for approval and closing. Dover does not charge a funding fee on these files and SRP is available depending on current margins and service fees. Dover Mortgage Company is a Direct lender for reverse mortgages and offers a full line of available margins and service fees to help you close more reverse mortgages. Dover Mortgage Company will offer client specific training as well as Loan Originator level training.
